ela rae provides complimentary  FEDEX Express 2-Day Shipping to united states residents (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). This service only delivers business days. Orders placed before 2pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

PROCESSING TIMES:

please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped due to the high order volume we are receiving at this time. the studio doe not process orders on Fridays.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS:

please note: all orders over $200.00 USD will be shipped with a required signature. if you wish to opt out of the required signature please make a note at checkout. please be aware that ela rae is not responsible for packages once they ship if the recipient chooses to waive the required signature.

PRE-ORDERS & MADE TO ORDER:

orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the order is made in entirety. If you would like the order to ship as the pieces become ready please make a note at checkout or make two separate orders.

NYC MESSENGER SERVICE:

ela rae offers messenger service within manhattan (lower manhattan up to 96th Street) for a flat fee of $20 USD. Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST on business days can be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST will be dispatched the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

ela rae offers international USPS priority mail shipping for a flat rate of $45 USD.

ela rae is not responsible for duties and taxes incurred with international deliveries.
